Hi, I'm Karen Reedy, Owner of Paragon Scoping.

As a graduate of StenoTech, I previously worked as a state-certified freelance reporter. Over the years I traveled down different professional career paths, yet my enthusiasm for this field never wavered.

As a scopist, I still understand the challenges that today’s court reporting professionals face in their careers: keeping up with technology, continuing with education and obtaining additional certifications, balancing work and personal time, amongst others.

While court reporting is a very rewarding career, it can also be stressful. I can understand the limitations of never having enough time in the day, as I once wore that reporter hat. Let me tackle the tedious editing process for you and alleviate the monotony. I love working on transcripts! My specialty is scoping transcripts of legal proceedings for depositions and court testimony, with or without audio.

As a graduate of Internet Scoping School, I received comprehensive training in all aspects of scoping:
